About 41 states saw price gains, led by North Dakota (6.4%) and Delaware (6.3%), while Florida had the largest drop at 2.7%. Larger metros mostly saw growth, with Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton up 8.9% and Cape Coral-Fort Myers down 9.1%. The East North Central division gained 5.0%, while the Mountain division declined 0.2%.
