Three new development projects are underway in metro Phoenix's West Valley. In Surprise, Album Surprise is a 161-unit apartment complex for those 55+, featuring amenities like a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, opening April 2026. In Goodyear, Banner Health is building a 62,475 sq ft multispecialty medical office near the civic square, expected by late 2025. Formation Park 10, an industrial park with five buildings on 44 acres, is also being developed in Goodyear.
