Listings in the county stayed on the market for a median of 53 days, with 316 new listings in June, a 9.7% increase from the previous year. Across the Montgomery metro area, median home prices increased to $329,000. Alabama saw a slight decrease in median home prices to $340,000, while the national median home price rose to $445,000.
