Brampton Renters Benefit as Ontario Prices Ease by 2%

In Brampton, average rents for one-bedroom apartments dropped to $2,009 and two-bedroom units to $2,388 in October. The overall average rent was $2,269. Ontario saw a 2.2% rent decline, with B.C. and Alberta experiencing larger drops. Compared to two years ago, Ontario rents fell 7.5%. Nationally, one-bedroom rents decreased 3.4% to $1,822, while three-bedroom rents remained steady.
