Home sales in Halton Region rose 7.9% with active listings down 10.8% year-over-year. The average home price reached $1.24 million, up 9.3% from the previous month and 0.7% from last year. Detached houses averaged $1.62 million, increasing 9.4% monthly and 2% yearly. Prices for semi-detached, attached houses, townhouse-style, and apartment-style condos declined month-over-month and year-over-year. Since 2016, average prices have increased by 57.8%.
