Detached home prices near Calgary have dropped in several communities. Airdrie saw the largest decline at 5.8%, with prices at $605,600 and a 10.9% rise in inventory. Chestermere's prices fell 4.3% to $776,000, and High River's dropped 0.4% to $577,300. Strathmore was the only area with a price increase of 1.8%, reaching $572,600. Calgary's detached home prices decreased 2.4% to $747,800. Canmore remains the most expensive at $1,703,800 despite a 1.8% price drop.
