Home sales in Mississauga rose 14.6% in April with 516 homes sold, up from 490 the previous year. The average selling price increased 1.5% month-over-month to $980,653 but remains below last year's $993,959. Detached home prices fell 5% to $1,364,097 amid rising supply, while condo prices rose 3.7% to $546,984, nearing 2025 levels. Overall GTA prices dropped 4.9% with increased sales.
