Existing home sales in Wisconsin increased for the second consecutive month in April, rising 7.4% from the previous year. The median home price reached $340,000, up 6.3% annually and about 45% over five years. Affordability declined by 1.6%. Inventory remains low at 3.7 months of supply, far below a balanced market, which would require a nearly 62% increase in inventory.
