Pending home sales in Houston dropped 22.9% to 1,944 listings, down from 2,520 the previous year. However, home sales rose 2.4% with 1,909 homes sold, up from 1,865. New listings remained nearly steady, increasing 0.3% to 4,558. Property showings increased 10.8%, with over 48,000 visits by prospective buyers.
