Home sales in Miami-Dade County rose nearly 10% year-over-year in February, marking six months of growth. Single-family home sales increased over 4%, condo sales jumped nearly 15%, and luxury property sales above $5 million rose 11%. Median single-family home prices grew more than 4%. Condo inventory remains high but decreased for the first time since July 2023. Broward County saw a slight dip in total home sales but a 20% rise in million-dollar transactions.
