Home sales in Brampton rose 3.8% with active listings down 22% year-over-year. The average home price was $886,865, slightly up from July but down 4.1% from last August. Detached houses averaged $1.02 million, semi-detached $774,246, attached $731,389, townhouse condos $569,104, and apartment condos $434,457. Prices have increased about 47.6% since 2016 across all home types.
