Repair Hub

Looking for a practical way to connect with your community and reduce waste? Repair Hub arrives at Hazel McCallion Central Library on June 27, 2026, offering residents a free opportunity to repair electronics, small appliances, bicycles, toys and clothing. Volunteer fixers will provide hands-on support while teaching useful repair skills. Whether an everyday item needs troubleshooting, a bicycle needs attention or clothing needs mending, participants can learn how repairs work and discover ways to keep valued belongings in use longer. For local residents—and for those considering a move to Peel—events like Repair Hub highlight the area’s welcoming, resourceful community spirit. It is a practical chance to meet neighbours, share knowledge and embrace more sustainable habits close to home. Mark your calendar and plan to attend on June 27 at Hazel McCallion Central Library. The event is free; check the official event page for the latest schedule, participation details and updates: https://www.mississauga.ca/events-and-attractions/events-calendar/repair-hub-june2026/?eventdate=2026-07-25T11%3A00%3A00&schedule=25697
