NEW REPORT: Prop 45 Will Deliver 200,000 More Homes and Save Taxpayers and Ratepayers Billions

Prop 45 would cut environmental review timelines for major housing projects by half, reducing delays that increase costs. Over ten years, it would add nearly 200,000 homes, generate $11 billion in new state and local tax revenue, save public agencies $3.9 billion on infrastructure, and save electricity ratepayers $2.5 billion. Annual savings include $774 million on infrastructure and $250 million on clean energy projects.
