Home sales in Mississauga rose 7.4% with active listings down 10.9% year-over-year. The average home price was $1.01 million, up 4.4% from May but down 0.5% from June last year. Detached houses averaged $1.48 million, increasing 8.4% monthly and 2.7% yearly. Semi-detached, attached houses, and apartment condos saw price declines, while townhouse-style condos rose 2.9% monthly. Prices have increased about 59% since 2016.
