The average home price in Caledon was $1.07 million in September 2026, down 4.5% from August and 4.2% from the previous year. Detached houses averaged $1.15 million, down 7.6% month-over-month. Semi-detached houses rose 6.5% to $873,375. Attached houses fell 1.9% to $751,917, while townhouse-style condos increased 3.6% to $569,990. Sales rose 18.5%, with 64 homes sold and 438 active listings. Prices have increased over 23% since 2016.
