In Peel Region, the average home price was $910,007, down 5.8% from June and 6.4% from last year. Sales remained flat with 1,053 homes sold, while active listings dropped 14.7%. Detached houses averaged $1.13 million, down 8.4% monthly and 11.9% yearly. Semi-detached and apartment condos also saw price declines, while attached houses rose slightly. Prices have increased about 47.3% since 2016.
