Denver-area home sales and new listings declined in July, with 3,667 closed sales down 11.81% from June and 5.68% from last year. New listings fell 5.32%, while active listings rose 2.91% but remained below last July. The median home price was $605,000, slightly down from June but up 2.95% year over year. Detached homes had a median price of $660,000; attached homes were $380,000. Luxury home sales and prices increased significantly.
