Home sales in British Columbia declined in July, with 6,561 residential transactions recorded, down 6.7% from the previous year. The average sales price fell 1.3% to just under $930,000. While most of the province saw increased sales activity from June, the Lower Mainland, including Metro Vancouver, experienced a weaker market with falling transactions and prices.
