Bonnie Fitzgerald is a full-time Realtor and the Owner/Broker of ERA Byrne Realty in Brick, New Jersey, where she has been selling real estate since the early 1980s and has led the company since 1992.[3][1] She holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Distinctive Properties Specialist.[3][1] Throughout her career she has been deeply involved in the Realtor organization, serving as President of the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 2006, President of the Ocean County Board of Realtors in 1999, and being named New Jersey Realtor of the Year in 1999.[3][2] She also served for many years as a Director of the National Association of Realtors, chaired the NAR MLS Committee in 2013, was a member of the NAR Multiple Listing and Policies Committee for more than a decade, and served on the NAR MLS and Emerging Technologies Advisory Board.[3]
