Inventory levels remain high, favoring buyers in Surrey's real estate market. The benchmark price for single-detached houses in Surrey dropped nearly 10% year-over-year, with Surrey-Central at $1,373,800, Surrey-Cloverdale at $1,382,000, and Surrey-North at $1,311,600. Townhouse and condo prices also declined by 7.7% to 12% across these areas compared to last year.
