Home sales in Mississauga rose 5.3% with active listings down 4.8% year-over-year. The average home price was $980,653, up 1.5% from March but down 1.3% from last April. Detached houses averaged $1.36M, down 5% monthly and yearly. Semi-detached houses rose 0.9% monthly but fell 6.5% yearly. Attached houses, townhouse-style, and apartment-style condos saw monthly and yearly price declines except apartment condos, which rose 3.6% monthly. Prices have nearly doubled since 2016.
