On your BoldTrail dashboard, click on the &#8216;<strong>Lead Engine<\/strong>&#8216; tab from the left side bar. This will prompt you to log into your existing Zapier account or create a new one. You\u2019re more than welcome to create a Zap later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_9efeaee5a2\"><strong>Creating Zaps for New Leads<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first page you land on after following the invite link and filling out your information has the steps for creating a new Zap. You\u2019ll first want to select a trigger.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/inside-real-estate-support.intercom-attachments-7.com\/i\/o\/366332794\/4b586819f7bf10011c2601ec\/6NAVE4PTbVkz_pbKwQe7ULkQFi1QyTCcBxNeHLqpG5jp3lzEr9aw5FD8ITHV0AlRiuNVJo3DdoiOE8roRCxumCVauUxz0gkTWbD-2XPGKZ81uLI8sVWJbsW6iQiV3jsH7bmaxMhV\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>However, before continuing you have to decide one of two things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Am I sending leads <strong>FROM <\/strong>BoldTrail <strong>TO<\/strong> <em>somewhere else<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Am I sending leads <strong>TO <\/strong>BoldTrail <strong>FROM<\/strong> <em>somewhere else<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_8cc67057b5\"><strong>Sending Leads FROM BoldTrail TO Another Platform:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to send your leads from BoldTrail to another system, you can proceed to the example Zap. <strong>The example Zap starts with the original page you land on after clicking the invite link at the beginning of this guide<\/strong>, and you don&#8217;t need to change the trigger app. It&#8217;s already set to BoldTrail.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/inside-real-estate-support.intercom-attachments-7.com\/i\/o\/366332800\/fdfabcee11d89a32bd9b2cd4\/DR8YTyQCB1oRKEtexjX29eiGDQn6vmSG1S149R8NautsYpJSK40_8A09e2jU71I6AJMkFD1kXzAXGqEUt4FtpttBWiSy0g1A8QQcVQ3gJ9hoHJI9lGBGl_PDC0PpO7X7yq1ex6pg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>When starting with BoldTrail as the trigger app, your only option is to send a lead to another program from your BoldTrail CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h_c114017416\"><strong>Sending Leads TO BoldTrail FROM Another Platform:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to send leads from another system to BoldTrail, you need to change your trigger app. The trigger app is the first step of a Zap. Since the lead is coming from another program (not BoldTrail), we must start with that program as our trigger app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the trigger app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
