Little by little, she noticed her videos on YouTube were getting attention. Soon, like many others in the business, he learned the importance and potential of videos. She then knew videos were there to stay. After a while, her channel was well known among Real Estate agents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_YouTube_Helped_Her_Business\"><\/span>How YouTube Helped Her Business<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>YouTube marketing has generated lots of engagement for Loida&#8217;s marketing effort so she has managed to grow a team of clients and agents that continually refer new clients and leads. Realtors using her content from other areas refer her to many clients who are not in their farming area. Providing educational material for clients and other agents is helping grow her network of people with referrals every day. She had no fancy camera and used her phone to create Real Estate videos to share on YouTube. Then she promised herself to share and post one video every week on YouTube. All you had to do was to share some content and wait for the people to see it. However, as the internet is becoming more and more users across the world, the competition is growing more fierce. Getting exposure for content is much harder now. Therefore, Loida does her best to optimize the content she shares on YouTube to increase her chances of being seen. Therefore talking about the more popular topics in Real Estate like How-to videos, and comparison videos are widely preferred among agents. Topic-wise, market update videos are very popular. Thumbnails are very important. In fact, they are the first thing users see while searching for a video to watch. Sometimes it is the only thing people pay attention to. using your own face on the video, make the video more authentic and will increase its chances of being watched. In fact, that&#8217;s the main difference between YoUtube and social media. On social media, tags are usually short but YouTube can enjoy tags of multiple words. Most people ask the viewer to follow a link in the description. However, if you have no specific link in mind you should insert your other videos at the end of the video and ask the audience to watch those videos. However, remember that the videos you suggest should add value to the current video and should be related otherwise why would anyone bother to watch another video.
