Being omnipresent but not relevant makes you \u201cannoying\u201d. And that requires finding the <strong>right frequency<\/strong>. Should you do it well, when your audience wants to do something you will be the only person they can think of.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quality-matters-more-is-not-more\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quality_Matters_More_is_Not_More\"><\/span>Quality Matters: More is Not More<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As Sam mentioned some agents are interested in posting 3 times a day or 20 times a week but that is plain wrong as it comes across as annoying. As Jess puts it contrary to the popular belief, <strong>more is not more<\/strong>. In fact, even when running ads, you can not go more than twice a day and that number applies to ads that do not attract as much attention as organic content does. Jess also mentioned that the \u201c<strong>attention span<\/strong>\u201d of people is getting <strong>shorter <\/strong>and shorter and agents are competing for their audience attention with other agents and longer content fails to do that.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-perfect-video\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Perfect_Video\"><\/span>The Perfect Video<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked, Jess said she believes that there is no such thing as a perfect video but<strong> trendiness, creativity, authoritativeness<\/strong>, some <strong>personal <\/strong>topics to create <strong>trust<\/strong>, are needed instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-saturated-market\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Saturated_Market\"><\/span>The Saturated Market<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam mentioned a few years back, being a real estate agent was much easier; all agents needed to do was to list and sell their home but not the market is too competitive, and old measures will not necessarily result in the same level of success, Jess adds that listing sold properties are not going cut it anymore. Agents need to <strong>make the most of the different elements<\/strong> available on the platforms they are using and try to be consistent with their messaging.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam mentions that social media can be considered as a \u201cMeal\u201d with the appetizer, the main course. The dessert, etc. the content you produce on social media is like that. Many agents just serve the main course, or the appetizer, etc, and forget about the rest. For instance, when using social media automation systems for Real Estate marketing like the ones in roomvu, people can <strong>not forget<\/strong> about the <strong>personal aspect<\/strong> of their content. They still need to go and stand in front of the camera and talk about things \u201cThey\u201d only know. As an agent, you need to be seen as a \u201c<strong>resource<\/strong>\u201d with a person behind the brand. But in real life, things are not like that. For instance, 90% of Real Estate accounts on social media do not have a location on them!&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-difference-between-6-figure-and-7-figure-agents\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_difference_between_6-figure_and_7-figure_agents\"><\/span>The difference between 6-figure and 7-figure agents<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about the difference between 6-figure and 7-figure agents, Jess said that <strong>6-figure agents rely on \u201crepeats and referrals\u201d<\/strong>. To create <strong>scalability <\/strong>and <strong>exponential growth<\/strong> in the business agents need to&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Take someone from a stranger to the client in an automated way.<\/li><li>And bring as many people that are going to be relevant to your business as you can.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But many agents fail at being consistent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-to-boost-or-not-to-boost\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"To_Boost_or_not_to_Boost\"><\/span>To Boost or not to Boost<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jess believes that boosting content on social media is useless and a waste of money unless it is a full campaign followed by thorough <strong>follow-ups<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-relevant-content\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Relevant_Content\"><\/span>Relevant Content<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Relevant content is clear on who the agents are trying to attract as Jess puts it. It is more about having the \u201c<strong>right message\u201d to the \u201cright person<\/strong>\u201d through \u201cniching down\u201d and market research.
