The market has established its new normal, as median prices climb while inventory remains low. With the unprecedented growth the region continues to experience, we can expect these trends to continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-speed-of-the-market\">Speed of the Market<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Speed of the market: 171% &#8211; Market for sellers has boosted, demand was more than supply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-home-sales\">Home Sales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 1,374 sales in June: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>16.9% <span style=\"color:#00d084\" class=\"tadv-color\"><strong>increase <\/strong><\/span>compared to June 2020.
