Strong buyer demand and limited housing supply show no signs of easing soon, pointing to a continuation of this market trend through spring into summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-speed-of-the-market\">Speed of the Market<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Speed of the market: 85.9% &#8211; Based on Sales-to-Active Listing Ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-home-sales\">Home Sales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There wee 6,896 sales in April. Median Price also <span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\"><strong>surpassed <\/strong><\/span>last year&#8217;s level by 17%. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-9b38dc97-a32b-4376-8805-d5b4df0884fb\"><br>Total Pending Sales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e0d29bb9-1c7d-4d8c-bf28-8dd107b712c7\"><strong>Total Pending sales equaled to 9,500.<\/strong> The month&#8217;s supply over a 12-month period increased to 1.2 months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-cfd58c94-f24b-4746-a266-03e6427989ce\"><li>A 37.7% <strong>increase <\/strong>compared to April 2020.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Market Update &#8211; Atlanta Spring is here and the busy market continues to drive sales prices over the asking price.
