Demand from buyers was higher than the supply from sellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-home-sales\">Home Sales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 2,915 sales in June: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>65.3% <span style=\"color:#00d084\" class=\"tadv-color\">increase <\/span>compared to June 2020.<\/li><li>Properties sold faster by 38.8% compared to last year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-listings\">Listings <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 4,135 new listings in June:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>23.6% <span style=\"color:#00d084\" class=\"tadv-color\">increase <\/span>compared to June 2020. <\/li><li>Both the new listings and sales hve gone up, leading to an upward trend in prices. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.roomvu.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"roomvu.com noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" 2020.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The median price also surpassed last year&#8217;s level by 8.5%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-detached-home-highlights\">Detached Home Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1,819 detached homes were sold in June:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sales surpassed last year&#8217;s level by <strong>64.9<\/strong>%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The average price was $583,587:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Average prices surpassed last year&#8217;s level by nicreased by <strong>31.4%<\/strong> compared to last year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The average price was $509,044:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Average prices increased by <strong>17.4%<\/strong> compared to last year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-row-highlights\">Row Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>411 rows were sold in June:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sales nicreased by <strong>69.1%<\/strong> compared to last year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The average price was $343,802:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Average prices increased by <strong>12.5%<\/strong> compared to last year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-apartment-highlights\">Apartment Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>442 apartments were sold in June:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sales went up by <strong>90.5%<\/strong> compared to last year. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The average price was $224,000:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Median prices increased by
