roomvu Data:

To dig deeper, then we analyzed our data on the roomvu database to see what social media platforms agents use on their roomvu dashboard. we expected to find the same results as above, but we were a little surprised to see LinkedIn passing Instagram. Based on our analytics of agents using the roomvu content calendar, Facebook followed by LinkedIn are their preference more than the other platforms.

It is also interesting to note from our analytics that agents prefer using both LinkedIn and Twitter before they consider Instagram, their least preferred platform.

In addition, our analysis indicates that our roomvu subscriber agents’ age bracket is 30–60, and possibly, most of them have not yet created an Instagram account for their business.

However, as Instagram continues to grow, we recommend agents create brand awareness via Instagram and TikTok. Millennials and Gen Z spend most of their time on these platforms, thus opening a conduit for agents to engage younger demographics.
