roomvu’s “Classic Email Marketing” feature, also known as “One-Time Email Campaign,” allows you to quickly and easily share a single video with your audience. This feature is perfect for users who don’t plan on running recurring email campaigns but want to share a useful video with their contacts on a one-time basis.
Steps to Send a One-Time Email Campaign
1. Access Your Dashboard
- Log in to your Roomvu dashboard.
- On the left sidebar, click on “Email Campaigns”.
2. Select One-Time Email Marketing
- Scroll down to the bottom left side and click on “One-Time Email Marketing”.
3. Choose Your Video
- On the next screen, you will see two options:
- Choose one video and share it with your audience (for a one-time campaign).
- Choose a recurring video: This option allows you to select a video that will be shared monthly as soon as it is published (e.g., market update videos for your region). Set it up once, and roomvu will handle the monthly sharing for you automatically.
4. Find Your Video
- Scroll down to browse available videos, or use the search bar at the top to find a specific video.
- You can also filter videos using the dropdown menu on the top left.
- Once you find the video you like, click on it.
5. Customize Your Email
- Review the email preview.
- On the right side, you can:
- Edit the default subject line.
- Add a slogan.
- Edit the body of the email.
6. Add Contacts
- If you haven’t already added your contacts, you can do so now.
- Optionally, add your own email address to send a test email and ensure everything looks perfect.
7. Save & Send
- Once everything is set, click “Save & Send” to share the email with your audience.
