Hudson Yards remains the most expensive neighborhood in New York City for the seventh year, despite a 22% drop in its median sale price in 2025. Median prices rose 4% citywide, averaging $780,000, with Brooklyn and Queens seeing a 6% increase. Manhattan dominates the top 50 priciest neighborhoods with 25 spots, Brooklyn has 21, and Queens six. Cobble Hill in Brooklyn is the only outer borough neighborhood in the top 10.
